Asbestos
The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 came in force on April 6th 2012.
The update meets the requirements of EU Directive on exposure to asbestos (Directive 2009/148/EC). These changes bring in a new category of ‘Notifiable Non-Licensed Work’ (NNLW).
